French Cinematheque presents Henri Georges Clouzot's WAGES OF FEAR

On Thursday, May 17th at 7:30 p.m., The Avon and Alliance Francaise of Greenwich present a French Cinematheque screening of a new 35mm print of Henri Georges Clouzot’s WAGES OF FEAR. The film takes place in a South American oil town where desperate men sign up for a suicide mission to drive trucks loaded with nitroglycerin over a treacherous mountain route to a faraway oil fire.
