SPLURGE 5TH ANNUAL EASTER BASKET DRIVE FOR KIDS IN NEED AND A VISIT FROM THE EASTER BUNNY
SPLURGE is proud to partner with Kids in Crisis and the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County again this year to collect filled Easter Baskets for kids in need. Since 2008, SPLURGE Unique Gifts, Home Décor and Jewelry has donated over 300 filled Easter baskets to these charities thanks to the generosity of the local community.
Easter baskets for kids aged 2 to 17 will be accepted at SPLURGE and SPLURGE Kids at 39 and 60 Lewis Street in Greenwich, from now until Wednesday, April 4th. Cellophane wrapped Easter Baskets can be filled with toys, journals, personal care items, gift cards, packaged healthy snacks and traditional Easter candy. Please contact Sonia Sotire Malloy if your school or organization is interested in contributing to the SPLURGE Easter Basket drive.
{To enhance the Easter festivities, SPLURGE will host a visit from the Easter Bunny on Saturday, March 17th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Megan Dey from Megan Dey Photography of Darien will be onsite to take complimentary 5x7 portraits of children with the Easter Bunny.
As a special treat, anyone who has their photo taken at SPLURGE will receive a $10 gift certificate to SPLURGE Kids, good on March 17th. And 10% of all photo frame sales on the day of the event will be donated to support Kids in Crisis and the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County.
