Meet the Author of The Convert- A Tale of Exile and Extremism

The Larchmont Historical Society is happy to announce a presentation with author Deborah Baker's reading and discussion of her book-THE CONVERT-A Tale of Exile and Extremism.
This book chronicles the fascinating journey of Margaret Marcus, a young Jewish woman from Larchmont who abandons her faith and country to live in exile in Pakistan as Maryam Jameelah, a devout Muslim.
This LHS event will happen on Tuesday, March 6, at 1:30 at St. John's Episcopal Church, 4 Fountain Square in Larchmont. The afternoon discussion is sure to be a thought provoking and stimulating one!
Refreshments will be served, and the author will sign books.
