Chop't Creative Salad Company Coming Soon

The Rye Ridge Shopping Center is excited to announce Chop't Creative Salad Company. This will be their first location outside of the New York and Washington DC Metro markets.
Chop't will offer an assembly line of salad options where customers can choose the type of lettuce, which of the 30 "Choppings" get tossed into the salad and which of the numerous homemade fresh daily dressing. Once all the ingredients are selected they are passed to the "chopping station" and specially chopped with a mezzaluna chopper. Customers will also have the choice to have their salad rolled into a wrap sandwich.
The first Chop't Location was opened in 2001 in NYC's Union Square, the company currently has four locations in New York City and four locations in Washington DC. The company's founders are obsessed with finding the freshest ingredients, crafting new salads, finding better sourcing and traveling the world searching for new combinations of spices, oils and vinegars.
A Spring 2011 opening is planned.
