Have you been to the flagship Scholastic Store in NYC lately? If not, you're missing a great time. Suzy loves how the store encourages her kids' passion for reading while allowing them to have fun with their favorite characters along the way. During the month of April, there are even more opportunities to take advantage of all the fun at the Scholastic Store. Take a look at these upcoming events:
Science Fair
Saturday, April 16th at 3pm
Free event includes fun and easy science demonstrations such as Fizzy Foamy Science. Especially fun for ages 4 - 10.
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 23rd from 12-4pm
Celebrate spring with an egg hunt throughout the store. Fill your baskets with eggs, delicious treats and fun prizes. Kiddie favorite Clifford the Big Red Dog will be on hand for photo ops. Ages 2-8. Free.
Graphic Novel Day
Saturday, April 30th at 3pm
Meet graphic novel author and illustrator Raina Telgemeier. Watch interactive demos to learn the craft and then create your own graphic novel on the spot. Appropriate for ages 6-10.
