Happy Birthday to Blue's Clues

Since it began in 1996, the Nick Jr. television show Blue's Clues has entertained waves of pre-schoolers and made educators and parents happy with its interactivity and introduction to problem solving. Blue, the trusty animated dog who always needs some kind of help from her viewers, is a winning character whom children have readily adopted. The Ridgefield Theater Barn presents a stage version of "Blue's Clue's" on Jan. 15 and 16. In it, Blue celebrates her birthday with her best friends Joe, Tickety Tock, Slippery Soap, Magenta, Periwinkel, and the audience. Peppered with brand new songs, this entertaining show is a party and a way for kids to help figure out what Blue wants for a present. Performances are Saturday at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $12. For more information, visit the Theater Barn's website.
