Celebrate Brooklyn! Family Concert
Wednesday, August 04, 2010

What better way to close out this year's 32nd Celebrate Brooklyn! season than a family friendly day of music and book readings in honor of children’s book author and illustrator (and Brooklyn native) Ezra Jack Keats. Enjoy the music of Brady Rymer’s Little Band That Could, one of the hottest bands in kids music, and Elizabeth Mitchell who sings everything from Woody Guthrie classics and other folk gems to covers of the Velvet Underground and Bob Marley. There'll also be a reading by Dominic Colón, who plays Manny on the PBS kids show "The Electric Company".
