Do you like to old-fashioned airplanes and air shows? The Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome began its 51st Air Show season on Saturday, June 12th. The 2010 season will run through Sunday, October 17th, with gates opening at 10am and Air Shows at 2pm every Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting.
The Museum is open every day from 10am until 5pm, from June 5th through October 17th, 2010. The Saturday show emphasizes the pioneer era, featuring barnstormers and the oldest flying plane on the continent. The Sunday show highlights the World War One era, with English, French and German fighters.
Both days showcase a sampling of all of their airplanes.
