Quick Cassoulet
1 package of Aidell's chicken and apple sausage
1 14.5 oz. can of white cannelloni beans
½ C. frozen roasted corn
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes in sauce
olive oil
garlic paste
salt and pepper to taste
Heat a pan on medium high, add a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of garlic paste. Cut sausage into ½ ' slices, add to pan, and let brown for 2 minutes. Add frozen corn, and drained and rinsed beans. Stir to combine ingredients, and add the diced tomatoes in sauce to mixture. Cover with lid, and let cook for 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Quick Tip- White wine is a great addition to this dish. Add a scant 1/4 cup before covering.
