A Peachy Treat

Suzy can't remember a summer in her life without this recipe. It's easy, and a real crowd pleaser. The peaches are hitting their peak right about now, so be sure to pick some up on your next trip to the grocery store or farm stand and don't forget the vanilla ice cream.
Peach Crisp
8-10 fresh peaches
1C sifted flour
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C butter
Oven to 375
Grease 8x8 baking dish
Slice peaches into baking dish
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients, cut in butter.
Sprinkle over peaches
Bake 45-50 minutes
Serve warm w/ vanilla ice cream
Suzy tip: double for a bigger crowd
