Tuscan Dip

TUSCAN CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
2 pkgs cream cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can black olives, rinsed,drained andchopped
1 bunch green onions finely chopped
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate up to overnight
Before serving add:
1 Tbl. chopped chives
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
3 oz. sundried tomatoes, soaked in water and drained. Coarsley chop (I used dry tomatoes not in oil)
Serve with crackers or toasted french bread
