Boot Camp by the Beach was recently voted "Best in Rye" and to celebrate, is offering FREE classes - beginner level in Rye and all-level at Crawford Park in Rye Brook. Contact her for days and times. And be sure to take the kids along to a FREE Family Boot Camp on Veterans' Day, Rye Town Park, 9.30am. The workout will be a Special Support our Troops day - the workout is free but to commemorate Veterans' Day, we will be collecting letters & treats to send to the troops from yourselves and your kids.
