Open Door Annual Holiday Toy Drive

Santa Claus is coming to town and Open Door Family Medical Centers Open Door is at the top of his list. With the help of local businesses, schools and individuals, the federally-qualified community health center hopes to collect 3,000 gifts, ensuring its young patients receive a brand new wrapped gift this December when Santa and his elves stop by Open Door’s four offices with his sack in tow.
Open Door accepts new, unwrapped toys with a maximum value of $20 for patients aged infant through 14 years. Gift certificates and monetary donations are also accepted. All donations made online via Amazon and Toys R Us Wish Lists will be delivered to Open Door. Businesses, schools, organizations and individuals interested in hosting a toy drive or gift wrapping event as well as those needing pick up for large donations should contact Alicia Ward at (914) 502-1468 or award@ood.org.
