The Junior League of Greenwich and Mothers for Others— a new non-profit social service organization headquartered in Greenwich,-- are partnering on a year-old program to collect and distribute gently used clothing, toys and baby equipment to more than 100 local families in Greenwich, Stamford and Port Chester, NY during the Organization’s Third Donation and Distribution drive.
The Junior League of Greenwich’s Done in a Day (DIAD) Committee and Mothers for Others Donation and Distribution Drive will be held on Saturday, April 21st, at Greenwich Second Congregational Church, located at 139 East Putnam Avenue. DIAD and Mothers for Others will also be joining forces with the Church’s Outreach Committee and Greenwich Social Services and Family Centers, Inc. The date for distributing these gently used items to local families will be on Friday, April 27th and Saturday, April 28th.
