Westchester Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk
Join in as a walker, volunteer, and/or donor on Sunday, April 22nd for the 3rd Annual Westchester Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk at Rye Town Park.

The walk was created in memory of Gigi Shanes-Hernandez, who died of pancreatic cancer at 52 years young on April 9, 2009. A life-long Rye resident, Gigi was a proud graduate of the Rye public schools who dedicated her adult life to caring and advocating for children and adults with disabilities in Westchester County and Greenwich, CT.

All donations will go to the Lustgarten Foundation, the country’s largest private supporter of pancreatic cancer research, where 100% of every donation goes directly to research. www.lustgarten.org Lustgarten Foundation Events serve as a wonderful celebration of the progress being made in the fight against this disease, and your important participation provides hope for the future.
