J.Crew Says Just Ask

J. Crew is serious about customer service. Now that's music to Suzy's ears. The company has launched a program called "Just Ask" offering it's customers a heightened level of service. The program varies by store and includes the following services:
•The ability to make an appointment with a personal shopper
•Expanded ranges of special sized garments
•15% in-store discounts for teacher and students (Just Ask!)
•Wedding and Party dress specialists
Only a few stores have designated "Just Ask" desks, but all stores have a service phone in the store that customers can use to call a service expert who is ready to help with special requests.
