Are you looking for something that is nutritious yet yummy that will wow your family on Valentine’s Day? The perfect chocolate covered strawberry will do the trick and know with Candy Melts available at most local craft stores it is even easier!  

Ingredients
1 pound strawberries with stems
2 cups milk or dark chocolate candy melts
1 cup white chocolate candy melts

Directions
- Wash and dry the strawberries very well
- Line a sheet pan with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwaveable bowl heat the chocolate in a microwave at half power for 1 minute, stir and then heat for another minute.
- Stir the chocolate till melted and smooth.
- Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip into the chocolate, lift and turn the strawberry letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.
- Set the strawberries on the parchment paper lined sheet pan.
- Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
- Dip a for in the white chocolate and drizzle with white chocolate over the dipped strawberries
- Allow to set about 20 minutes and enjoy!
