New Dance Open Auditions

NewDance will hold open auditions for its dance company on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the NewDance studios at 11 Rye Ridge Plaza in Rye Brook, NY. Boys and girls, ages 10-17 yrs. are encouraged to attend. The audition will be held from 11:45am-3:00pm. Dancers selected will have several opportunities to perform the works of New York City and local choreographers. Girls attending the audition must wear a black leotard, black leggings or tights and bring ballet slippers and/or jazz shoes. Boys must wear black sweat pants/tights, white tee-shirts and bring black ballet slippers and/or jazz shoes. All are welcome to audition and while current dance class participation is not required, some dance experience will be very helpful.
