Most of us are multi-taskers, the true definition of a woman.  We are overloaded with commitments, work, projects and obligations to our families.  We’re distracted and pulled in different directions.  We may have difficulty balancing work, family, friends and our own health and well being. The result of this is stress, burnout and frustration.  We are living less than happy, purposeful lives.

We can change this feeling of helplessness by raising our energy level. In this case, I’m not talking about the energy it takes to run a marathon;  but the driving force behind how you conduct your life. The higher your energy level the more successful and fulfilled you will be.
We have all been around people that have great energy.  We feel better just by being in their company.  These are the “glass is half full people”. They are motivated and motivate others. We can all be those high energy people by becoming aware of who we are at our core or developing our consciousness.

The benefits of raising your overall consciousness and energetic level are:
-You will get more done in less time
-You’ll feel a greater sense of purpose
-You will attract success to you.
-You’ll help inspire and motivate those around you.
-You’ll reduce your stress.
-You will be less judgmental of yourself and those around you.
-You’ll live a happier more fulfilled life.

There are two types of energy:
anabolic which is positive or constructive and helps you move forward
catabolic which is negative and destructive.
