To help you achieve your New Year's goals, PTI is giving all of Suzy's galpals some great tips to kick off your health and exercise regime:
Diet Tip of the Week:
It's important to know that you can try a caloric diet instead of medication and get the same weight loss results with fewer costs and potentially fewer side effects.
Weight loss itself does typically produce a healthy reduction in ones blood pressure, yet it does appear that a low-carbohydrate diet also has an additional blood pressure-lowering effect on the body.
Negative Calorie Foods
To help you along with your weight loss goals, here is a list of foods that actually use more calories to digest than the calories they contain. The more you eat the more you burn!!!
asparagus, apples, beets, berries, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumbers, garlic, grapefruit, mago, orange, spinach
