Brain Bee Competition for High School Students
A sanctioned Brain Bee competition will be held in White Plains on the Burke campus on Jan. 26, 2012. The local Brain Bee is the first qualifying round in the International Brain Bee competition, with the winners moving on to compete in the national Brain Bees, whose winners then move on to the international championship. The International Brain Bee is an annual, not-for-profit neuroscience competition for high school students designed to encourage them to learn about the brain and inspire them to pursue careers in biomedical brain research.

The Brain Bee will be held at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2012. For additional information or to become a contestant, contact Janet Goodman at (914) 597-2237 or via email at jgoodman@burke.org.
