Buddha is opening up on May 18 in Rye Ridge! A one of a kind dining experience for the whole family. Buddha will be a great spot for date night, an after work get together, lunch, dinner and family night out. And coming late summer, Elevation Burger will be heading our way too. Elevation Burger was created in 2002 to stand out from other burger concepts in taste and sustainability and uses only 100% USDA-certified organic, 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range beef. Their ingredients are fresh, sustainable, and local when practical. Nothing on the menu contains trans-fat, and each location grinds their beef on premises. The menu consists of several uncommon burgers, toppings, drinks, sides, shakes and malts. Elevation Burger also features their signature crispy Fresh Fries which are fried in heart-healthy 100% olive oil. This will be Elevation Burgers second NY location and their first in Westchester County. Their first New York City location just opened on W. 14th Street.
