Suzy is thrilled Tarry Market has opened! 
It is the latest venture of celebrity chef Mario Batali and his partner Joe Bastianich — who own more than 20 restaurants, including Babbo and Del Posto in Manhattan — opened last week around the corner from another of their restaurants, Tarry Lodge. A third venture, Tarry Wine, will open next week.

? There are different stations that offer meats, cheeses
, pastas
, bread and other foods, a cafe where you can order an espresso or gelato, and shelves lined with top-quality condiments. Tarry Market will carry products from Spain and France, along with local foods, including cheeses from Connecticut and milk from the Hudson Valley. There is also a massive bakery on site.
